I love engaging with my project team and the stakeholders and ensuring that everyone is happy and satisfied with the project's progress. My key to building positive relationships in project management is empathy and care.

I respect and accept people for who they are, without bias. It is important to trust and understand others regardless of their background, situation, age, marital status, or anything else. Everyone is different, and I respect it.

In my many years of project management, I have had team members and stakeholders who worked and communicated differently, and it was imperative to embrace their communication style, in order to deliver the project successfully.

Empathy, caring, and communication conquers conflicts, disputes, delays, office politics, budgets, and more.

There is something special and invigorating in implementing and delivering projects. I always celebrate all achievements, even the smallest steps leading to the big outcome. I reward people, thank them and show my gratitude.

Each project for me is an opportunity to learn something new, to embrace change and new challenges, and to make things better.
